Tour Profile:

Riding days are designed for 6 hours of net riding time. For tour days spanning well over 300 km/day, there may be segments of faster highway/Autobahn sections integrated into the route to efficiently cover ground and maximize our exploration of key highlights within the designated timeframe.

On these longer tour days, I have also mapped out shorter alternative routes, allowing us to reduce the distance traveled while ensuring the riding time remains reasonable for the day.

Required Skill Level:

Riders should be proficient on winding roads, especially in hairpin turns, and comfortable passing slower vehicles on high alpine roads. This tour is designed for intermediate to advanced riders with the stamina to cover up to 350 km on winding alpine roads and who are comfortable riding in a group. This tour is not suitable for beginner riders.

Camaraderie & Group Riding

My motorcycle tour offering is characterized by a strong sense of camaraderie and harmony among all riders. The joy in group riding, respect for others, considerate interaction, and a willingness to compromise are of utmost importance to me.

COSTS AND BOOKING DETAILS

The tour price includes the tour-planning, guide, accommodation and breakfast. Excluded are other meals, drinks, insurances, toll fees, gasoline, etc.

The maximum number of spots is limited to 8 riders, with a minimum of 6 participants required. The tour may be canceled 28 days before the start if the minimum number is not reached, with a full refund provided.

The tour booking is available only in shared double rooms, and riders will be paired with suitable roommates. Single room booking is not possible on this tour. Typically these are 3 star hotels. However, each accommodation distinguishes itself through its unique location, history, cuisine, or atmosphere. Of course, all rooms are always equipped with an ensuite bathroom.

A detailed tour book with highlights and GPX data will be provided a few weeks before the tour. The GPX data is created in Garmin’s Basecamp and is best compatible with Garmin navigation devices.

It is highly recommended that all riders have sufficient travel and health insurance covering unforeseen illness and accidents, including home transport for both the rider and the motorcycle.
